Mentiras del nuevo mundo (2025)

The overproduction of images and the constant flow of information in the digital environment create a void: a space where memory becomes blurred and malleable. In this unstable terrain, images lose their anchor to reality and become malleable material, available to be reinterpreted, shared, and repeated until they become archetypes. Social media operates as a new collective archive, where the intimate and the public become confused, and where personal stories are diluted into visual patterns that seek to belong. My proposal explores that point of saturation, where the image no longer documents but imagines, constructing new mythologies from excess and absence.

La segunda piel (2023)

Paloma, a frustrated photographer trapped in creative stagnation, accepts an assignment that pushes her beyond her comfort zone: to follow and document the supposed infidelity of a man under the suspicion of his wife. As she trails him through different corners of the city, Paloma becomes entangled in a series of ambiguous encounters that force her to question not only the initial version of events, but also her own assumptions. In the process, her professional gaze transforms into an intimate exploration where truth becomes increasingly complex and elusive.
